Impact Aid Program

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Your family can help Wheatland School District receive federal funding that supports our schools and students. Please complete an Impact Aid Survey for each student in your household who attends our district.

We ask every family to return a survey, even if you do not think your family qualifies.

The survey helps us identify students whose families have a connection to the federal government. This may include a parent serving on active duty in the military, a student living on federal property, or a parent working on federal property, such as Beale Air Force Base. Civilian employees may qualify, too.

Impact Aid helps replace local tax funding that schools cannot collect from federal property. Your response helps us count eligible students accurately and apply for funding.

How to Complete Your Survey

1. Complete the student information and each section that applies to your family.
2. Answer based on your family's situation on October 7, 2026, even if something has changed since then.
3. If no federal connection applies, follow the form's instructions for that situation.
4. Sign and date the survey when you complete it, on or after the survey date.

The survey asks about your child's home address and parent or guardian employment to help determine eligibility. The district will keep your information confidential and handle it according to applicable privacy laws. It may be reviewed by authorized officials who verify our Impact Aid application.

Please submit your survey by November 20, 2026 using one of these options:

• Online: Click on the “Impact Aid Program Survey Form” button below to fill out the paper survey.
• In person: Return the signed paper survey to Angela Gouker in the Wheatland School District Office.
• By email: Send a clear copy of the signed survey to agouker@wheatland.k12.ca.us.
