The Wheatland School District is hosting its 10^th Annual Summer School Camp and this years' theme is "Nickelodeon"!  

"Campers" engage in hands-on activities such as arts, sports, water games, literacy, math, sciences, computers, and recreation. Children enrolled in the Wheatland School District that are entering 1^st  through 9^th grades in August 2011 are eligible to attend Camp. Camp will be held at Wheatland Elementary School (111 Hooper Street) in Wheatland. There will be bus transportation available to and from Beale AFB.  Camp starts on June 13^th and ends on August 5^th (Holiday: No Camp on July 4^th and 5^th).  Camp is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.   Please do not have your child arrive early to Camp, as there will not be supervision before 7:30 a.m.  A nutritious lunch, and morning and afternoon snacks will be offered at no additional cost. 

Enrollment is open through May 20^th.  During the week of March 21^st, enrollment forms were sent home with students district-wide. Additional, enrollment forms can be found at the district and school offices.

Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis with completed application and full payment. The fee is $250 per child. Please make checks payable to: WSD After School.  Mail the form and fee to: Summer Camp, 123 Beale Highway, Beale AFB, CA 95903. Also, Camp payments can be made via www.myschoolbucks.com under the afterschool heading.  Scholarships are available; please sign the "Camp Scholarship Request Sheet" in your child's School Office. Enrollment must be confirmed by the Camp Office. Confirmation packets are sent home with students in late May.
